Voyager 105 plasma cutting machine WECO

Voyager 105 is an innovative power source with very high performances to cut plasma. Cut with a definition of max
40mm and separations of 50mm. High duty cycle of 90Ampere at 100% (40°C) make this power source suitable and
strong to be used in extreme conditions.
Voyager 105 owns following processes: SYNERGIC CUT, MANUAL CUT, and GOUGING.
In addition, it is possible to take advantage from GRID mode to facilitate the cut of grated panels

Weco Digital Control
The digital control of the inverter through the latest generation DSP (Digital Signal Processor) allows
for a quick and precise cutting arc regulations

Synergic Cutting
Selecting the type of material, the spare part of the torch (45A – 70A – 85A or 105A) and the thickness to be
cut, the machine will display the reccomended and maximum cutting speed to be used with automatic systems
(pantographers, etc.)

Quick and Easy software update
Thanks to few simple operations described in the colour display a QUICK and EASY software update is possible via
the USB port on the front panel. Latest firmware release available on WECO website.
