Digital – mobile TIG welding unit that sets new standards. TIGER® innovative full digital welding (TIG) is the mobile solution for all commercial and industrial welding jobs, providing you with high quality welds with perfect appearance.

The new TIG machine from REHM weighs only 7.1 kg, it is the lightest welding unit in the performance relation class.

The TIGER models will be found in 2 different versions (TIGER ULTRA digital) and (TIGER HIGH digital)

In the TIGER HIGH digital models we will find:

• TIG HF with 2T & 4T (two times – four times)
• Pulse welding on all models (pulse welding)
• Collaborative digital setting of materials (you define: welding material / strip thickness) you leave the rest to REHM
• Digital library (info on all items/materials/gases/pins) on all models
• 4 buttons for immediate storage of programs on the central screen and 99 programs in the machine’s memory
• Accessory storage drawer

In the ULTRA digital models we will additionally find:

• HYPERPULSE mode. A super pulse developed exclusively at REHM with welding capabilities at 17500HZ (giving us a welding arc (arc) very concentrated and stable) suitable for difficult rolls
• HYPERSPOT function. Unique spot welding staking program (by activating Hyperpulse together with Hyperspot) we achieve excellent staking results
• INTERVAL HYPERSPOT function. Program of continuous staking spot welding with pause time (by activating Hyperpulse together with Hyperspot) we achieve excellent staking results
• DUAL-WAVE mode. welding program for mainly aluminum alloys (only available on AC/DC models)
